Login Guidelines

Welcome to the ICV Reporting System. These provided guidelines will help you in navigating the login process securely and efficiently.

Account creation

---

• Users or Vendors will receive an email notification from no-reply@icvreporting.com containing a Registration Invitation from the ICV Team on their respective email addresses.
• Recipients will then be provided with an OTP (One-Time-Password) and a link to the ICV Reporting System.

Login Credentials

---

• Click on the link given on the email notification.
• Users or vendors will log in using the same email address from which they received the registration notification, along with the OTP as password for their initial login.
• Click "Log in" button.
• Never share your OTP with anyone.
• Important: Users are asked to immediately change their password upon the initial login.

Change Password

---

• Upon successful login, users or vendors will be navigated to their respective dashboard.
• Click on the Edit Password button.
• In the Old Password field, enter your current password.
• In the New Password and Confirm Password field, enter your new password. Password must be at least 8 characters long, a mix of numbers, uppercase lowercase letters and special characters.
• Click "Submit" button.
• Never share your password with anyone.

Forgotten Password

In the case of forgetting your password:

• Click on the "Forgot Password".
• Enter your email address and click "Submit" button.
• Users will received an email notification upon submitting their email address.
• Follow the prompts and enter all the required fields.
